Mammatus clouds are typically created in the weakening stage of an effective tornado– there were, without a doubt, twisters that were generated by this system. As the power of the convection dissipates, the sinking air types what seem elastic pockets loaded with hefty product. In a feeling, that’s specifically what they are!
