one of the common questions we get are what are
the controls and what do they do. So my right hand, while i'm flying, controls the cyclic. And
this will change the direction of flight. We have another control on my left hand right here, it's
called the collective. Pull the collective up and we go up. Push to collect it down and we descend.
It's also the throttle right here which, in this helicopter, only has two modes.
It has idle and
flight. Last control down here is our pedals. Use both my feet with these. In a hover,
it will twist us 360 degrees. If i do one direction of pedal, we'll
go left. Right, go right..
